Every month is a new season. To enter the chart, an artist needs 25 votes in that season.
The first 10 artists to reach 25 votes are on the chart for the whole season. Then the chart is full until next season.
Each week the artists on the chart compete for No. 1. The chart closes Friday at midnight, Luanda time, and the week's winner joins the Hall of Fame.
At the end of the season, the artist with the most votes across the season is Season Champion. Then everyone starts again from zero.

Alcides Balduino

Biography

Alcides Balduino, born Alcides Balduino Torga André Sotto on 9 July 1993, is an Angolan musician, singer, songwriter, producer, performer, sound engineer and actor from Saurimo, in the province of Lunda Sul.

His journey in music began when he was twelve years old, and by eighteen he had reached his professional maturity as an artist in his home town. He was one of the founders of two groups, M.4.L (Man for Life) and V.I Group (Versão Intacta), and went on to form two duos: one with Djieoricio Salomão, and Os Softy with Samuel Gs.

From there he set out on a solo career, carried by his gift for production, songwriting, singing, mixing and mastering. His releases include the EP Mana in 2021, with “Mana”, “I Love You” and “Sobrenome”, and the singles “Bem Certo”, “Súplica” and “Eutanásia”, with Débora Fala Na Cara. In 2024 he released “Ngambé” with Kelly Silva, with an official video, and in 2025 he shared Cometa, an EP of ten tracks, on his YouTube channel.

Behind the desk he has worked with some of the best known names in Angolan music. For Kelly Silva he produced, wrote, mixed and mastered songs including “Vai Doer”, “Cretcheu” (remix) and “4 Paredes”. For Cabo Snoop he took care of production, songwriting, direction, mixing and mastering on songs including “Recomeço” and “Controla”. He wrote and directed for Erika Nelumba, including “Poderosa”, and produced the instrumental for Abiude’s “Meu Chalé”, among many other artists.

Alcides Balduino, nascido Alcides Balduino Torga André Sotto a 9 de julho de 1993, é músico, cantor, compositor, produtor, intérprete, engenheiro de som e ator angolano, natural de Saurimo, na província da Lunda Sul.

Começou a sua jornada musical aos doze anos e, aos dezoito, alcançou a maturidade profissional e artística na sua terra natal. Foi cofundador de dois grupos, os M.4.L (Man for Life) e o V.I Group (Versão Intacta), e formou ainda duas duplas: uma com Djieoricio Salomão e outra, Os Softy, com Samuel Gs.

Seguiu depois a carreira a solo, levado pelo seu talento na produção, na composição, no canto, na mistura e na masterização. Entre os seus lançamentos estão o EP Mana, em 2021, com “Mana”, “I Love You” e “Sobrenome”, e os singles “Bem Certo”, “Súplica” e “Eutanásia”, com Débora Fala Na Cara.
